Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist Rocky River, OH

Our busy and well-established private practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team 2 to 3 days per week, with potential to grow 2-5 days per week! We are a fee-for-service/PPO practice offering comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, implants, endodontics, periodontics, and comfort sedation.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Start at 2 days per week with potential to grow to 5 days per week
• Partnership opportunity available for the right provider

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and specialty dental care
• Perform cosmetic, restorative, surgical, endodontic, and periodontal procedures
• Utilize comfort sedation when appropriate
• Deliver superior patient care with professionalism and compassion
• Comply with all office, local, state, and ADA regulations and protocols

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Active Ohio State Dental License
• Completion of an AGD Fellowship or GPR program required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care

Pay & Compensation

• $700$900 daily, % of collections, or a combination
• PTO and bonus opportunities
• 401K plan, pension and profit sharing plan, cash balance plan
• Competitive package negotiable for the right provider
