As a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to work both in person and remotely, providing exceptional service to our commercial and personal insurance clients.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries 
• Processi policy changes and updates
• Assist with claims handling 
• Conduct coverage analysis for commercial and personal lines
• Insurance policy proposal generation and acccount marketing
• Other customer service tasks related to customer retention

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of prior insurance customer service or account manager experience
• Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• State insurance license
• CISR designation or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
