Support the daily nutrition needs of individuals served by:
Preparing and serving nutritious meals in large quantities
Ordering, receiving, and managing food inventory
Following special diets and accommodating dietary restrictions
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Monitoring food temperatures and equipment function
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience in dietary services, food preparation, or commercial kitchen operations (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
Valid Michigan drivers license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Successful completion of required background checks
Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and ServSafe certifications (provided)
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible)
Status: Full Time (32 hours per week)
Shift: 1st Shift
No weekends

Experience Required- 1 year(s): Experience maintaining large kitchen inventory
