SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a strategic, high-energy Food & Beverage Manager to spearhead the culinary and beverage operations for a prominent, full-service hotel property. This is a property-level leadership role responsible for the seamless execution of restaurant, bar, and expansive banquet services. The ideal candidate will blend operational excellence with a sophisticated financial acumen to drive revenue and guest loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all culinary outlets, including restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and high-volume banquet/catering operations.
  • Drive financial performance through meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Partner with the executive team to optimize margins and approve essential expenditures.
  • Maintain and exceed brand standards and service protocols to ensure top-tier guest satisfaction scores (GSS).
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while maintaining cost discipline.
  • Manage the "back-office" of hospitality, including inventory tracking, purchase orders, vendor relations, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Serve in other property leadership capacities as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience managing multiple, varied types of F&B functions simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a full-service or high-end hotel environment.
  • Background in labor management and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) optimization.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business (preferred).
  • Ability to interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and intricate logistical requirements for large-scale events.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse workforce, corporate stakeholders, and high-profile clients.
  • Experience with inventory management software and major ERP/POS systems.
