VP of Dining Services - Relocation to Washington DC

We are looking to add an experienced Vice President to our Campus Dining Team. VP of Dining Services Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant leadership experience in the campus dining segment with a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
• In-depth understanding of culinary programs and operational management and how best to leverage them for company benefit.
• Experience in delivering superior results across a myriad of accounts while elevating food and service excellence.
• A team player who is a collaborative leader and able to coach and inspire the best out of people while putting boots on the ground as necessary.
• Superb communication skills in every facet.
• Report to and work in partnership with the COO in providing strategic leadership to the Department.

VP of Dining Services Benefits:

• Base salary of $180 to $210K plus a lucrative bonus program.
