Compensation
- Base Pay: $40.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: 68% for eligible hours (earn up to $43.40 per hour)
- SignOn Bonus: $5,000 (payable after 90 days of employment)

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and support equipment
- Operate and maintain equipment within established parameters and set points
- Execute preventive maintenance during planned stoppages
- Perform work orders, rebuilds, installations, and special projects
- Support line startups and minimize downtime with a sense of urgency
- Perform intermediate electrical troubleshooting
- Train across machine centers and support operators as needed
- Work with vendors on startup equipment, improvement, and modifications
- Analyze equipment losses and develop plans to reduce downtime
- Train operators on equipment standards and technical procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing leadership or supervision within a maintenance environment, or demonstrated leadership capability
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SAP maintenance systems, including storeroom inventory (preferred)
- Strong skills in industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems
- Experience using CMMS systems, MS Office applications, and PLCcontrolled equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in a highspeed manufacturing environment (beverage, food, or CPG preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a teamoriented environment
- High level of motivation and urgency toward task completion
- Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude Test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with plant utilities such as compressors, pumps, chillers, or boilers is a plus
