Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control inspections on construction sites
• Create and manage punch out lists for project completion
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Review and approve submittals and change orders
• Assist with project closeout and documentation

Required Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing quality control.
• Knowledge of manufacturing management processes
• Strong understanding of project closeout procedures
• Ability to develop scope documents and manage change orders
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in Punch Out Lists
• Knowledge of Project Closeout

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
