We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team and help us continue to grow and serve our community.   Job Description
  We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to work four days per week. The ideal candidate is a strong producer with a passion for providing excellent patient care. Initially, the Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing their own hygiene, with the potential for us to hire a dedicated hygienist as the practice grows. This role offers a significant earning potential and a unique opportunity for sweat equity and partnership for the right candidate.
  
  Responsibilities
  Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry.
  Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop treatment plans.
  Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventative care.
  Initially, perform dental hygiene services for patients.
  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  
  Qualifications
  DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  Active dental license in the state of Kentucky.
  Proven track record of high production and clinical excellence.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for practice ownership.
  
  Compensation and Benefits
  Guaranteed daily rate of $750.
  Potential to earn $250,000 - $300,000 annually.
  4-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
