Job Description:

• 6+ years experience in the design and development of complex, responsive UI components using ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3. JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS3, TypeScript, HTML5, GIT, CI/CD, SQL, Knowledge of cloud, Unit testing, State management, Agile.
• Type Safety : Implement and enforce strict typing using TypeScript to ensure code reliability and minimize runtime errors.
• Architect efficient global state management strategies using libraries like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• API Integration Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs and handle complex data structures using SQL for data validation and debugging.
• Performance Optimization : Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the front-end (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, and rendering optimization).
• Quality & DevOps Testing Excellence : Own the testing strategy by writing comprehensive Unit Tests (using Jest/React Testing Library) and ensuring high code coverage.
• Deployment Pipeline : Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments to Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Version Control : Expertly manage code branching, merging, and pull request reviews using GIT, ensuring a clean and stable codebase.
• Cloud Awareness : Deploy and monitor applications in Cloud settings, understanding containerization (Docker) and cloud-native services.
• Leadership & Process Agile Participation : Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; provide accurate story point estimations.
• Technical Mentorship : Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to maintain engineering standards.
• UI/UX Collaboration : Work closely with designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into functional, accessible, and pixel-perfect web components.
• Standards Advocacy : Define and document front-end best practices, coding standards, and reusable component libraries.
