Registered Nurse - Advanced Urgent Care- Outpatient Float

We are looking for an Outpatient Float RN to Join the Buckeye Community!

What Youll Do

• Float between outpatient Advanced Care clinics to provide high-quality nursing care
• Support teams with clinical workflows, patient education, and care
• Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and patients
• Adapt quickly, think critically, and bring positivity wherever you go

Who We're Looking For

We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in:

• Emergency Room (ER)
• Urgent Care
• Acute Care

Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• Current Ohio RN licensure
• CPR/BLS certified
• Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
• Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
• Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
