Top Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards
2. Assist in menu planning and plate presentation
3. Work with various cooking techniques for quality and consistency

Required Skills:

• 3 year experience in a fine dining high volume environment
• Strong knife skills and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Experience with a la carte cooking and sauce making

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate or salary is negotiable based on experience.
