Our highly reviewed private dental practice in New Holland, PA is growing and looking for one or two Registered Dental Hygienists to join our talented and welcoming team. We are a one-doctor, fee-for-service office with a loyal patient base and a strong commitment to quality care and patient education.

We are excited to be relocating to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility as our practice continues to grow. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a thriving office that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and long-term relationships with patients.

Our hygiene appointments are scheduled for one hour or longer, and you are encouraged to schedule the time you need to provide thorough, unrushed care and a five-star patient experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Administer local anesthesia if certified
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License
• X-ray certification
• Local anesthesia certification is a plus, not required
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence

Pay & Compensation

• $40$50 per hour guaranteed base pay
