Baker

Seeking qualified baker who wants to be part of a great baking team for our retail store in Greensboro opening March 2026.  Pastry School graduate desirable.  Will consider internship/externship from accredited pastry school.  Applicant must have a minimum of 1year bakery experience using scratch recipes for cookies, bars, pies, cakes and tarts. Knowledge of laminated doughs, scaling recipes, basic cake decorating and production baking is essential.  Bread making experience desirable but not necessary. Owner is committed to provide on the job teaching in higher end pastry skills and provide access to new product development and educational materials.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 25lbs. Will be cross trained in coffee bar and retail store as fill in when necessary. Only applicants who meet minimum experience will be contacted.
