As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will utilize your expertise and compassion to deliver top-notch care to patients. Your role will involve working collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.

• Conduct accurate clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Create a compassionate and therapeutic environment for patients and families
• Advocate for patient rights and confidentiality
• Facilitate learning and provide education to patients, families, and staff
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver integrated care
• Utilize clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills effectively
• Maintain professionalism and commit to ongoing professional growth

Requirements for this role include:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
• Preferred experience in neuro care
• Ability to work variable weekends and float to ER or PCU as needed
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties
