We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our outstanding team at Polo Towers, located just steps from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip and featuring a rooftop pool deck with stunning city views. In this position, you will supervise, direct and coordinate daily work assignments and specific tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor team member efficiency, quality and guest response
  • Visually inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common area and associated equipment systems throughout the property.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors and related facility equipment!
  • Coordinate and document cooling tower water treatment programs, cleaning schedules, and compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor, maintain and test Emergency and Life Safety systems as the need arises
  • Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
  • May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
  • Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications:

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
  • EPA, OSHA and CPO Certifications
Preferred, but not required:
  • Technical diploma.
  • 5-7 years of building and/or property maintenance.
