The Process Engineer designs, develops, and improves manufacturing processes for antimicrobial and conductive silver-based fibers, fabrics, and foam products. This role partners with R & D, Production, Engineering, and Quality to launch new products and improve existing processes by reducing cost and scrap, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product quality. What You'll Get:Starting Salary: $58,500-76,000 annually. - Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunitiesLead process trials (DOEs) and support data-driven decision makingImprove manufacturing efficiency, output, quality, and safetyCreate and maintain product documentation (recipes, process sheets, BOMs, routings)Estimate production costs and ensure raw materials meet specifications Collaborate with suppliers and Quality to maintain production standardsSupport product scale-up and commercializationValidate new equipment and monitor performance trendsParticipate in failure investigations and corrective actions Promote continuous improvement initiativesPerform other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of related experience preferredBachelor's degree in Chemical, Engineering or related technical field
