Stores Technology Fulfillment Supervisor

The Stores Technology Fulfillment Supervisor oversees the coordination, staging, and distribution of POS and network equipment to retail locations across North America. This role is accountable for supervising daily operations, supporting project initiatives, and maintaining oversight of company-issued IT assets, system access, and software management.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Team Leadership & Daily Oversight

  • Directing and guiding the team across both project-based work and routine operational tasks

  • Providing day-to-day leadership to ensure priorities and timelines are met

Project Coordination
Managing hardware deployment and recovery efforts related to:

  • New retail store launches

  • Technology refresh cycles and implementation initiatives

  • Store decommissioning activities

  • Miscellaneous or special project requests

Inventory & Asset Control

  • Assisting with procurement of hardware as required

  • Actively monitoring inventory levels and delivering timely, accurate updates to key stakeholders

  • Recording incoming shipments promptly and maintaining precise inventory records

  • Ordering and maintaining necessary operational supplies

Communication & Collaboration

  • Participating in meetings and relaying relevant information back to the team

  • Delivering clear, actionable updates to internal business partners

  • Communicating project progress and status to stakeholders

  • Facilitating collaboration across departments

  • Supporting strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners

Training & Knowledge Management

  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for new employees and contract team members

  • Maintaining and updating internal knowledge documentation

  • Supporting team member development and ongoing training initiatives

Operational Execution

  • Overseeing daily ticket queues and workflow management

  • Assigning and prioritizing daily responsibilities

  • Leading team meetings

  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) as required

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

  • Strong customer service capabilities with clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • 13 years of experience handling IT hardware, including staging, shipping/receiving, storage, and asset tracking

  • Physical capability to stand, bend, and independently lift up to 50 lbs
