Job Summary: The Quality Intelligence Project Manager supports global quality and compliance initiatives within a regulated nutrition manufacturing environment. This role manages medium to large-scale projects focused on regulatory implementation, quality system enhancements, and cross-functional remediation efforts. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance oversight to ensure timely adherence to evolving regulatory standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize processes for monitoring, assessing, and implementing regulatory standards and compliance changes • Lead cross-functional projects to remediate regulatory impacts on quality systems • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of defined scope and objectives • Coordinate global stakeholders across manufacturing, regulatory, research and development, supply chain, and affiliate teams • Oversee change management and change control activities to maintain compliance • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks and critical issues to senior leadership • Support policy, procedure, and system updates to align with market and compliance requirements • Ensure adherence to established project management governance standards • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding scope, timelines, and project status • Recommend and implement strategies to improve efficiency and strengthen compliance processes

Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Engineering, or related discipline • Five to seven years of experience in a regulated food or nutritional manufacturing environment • Three to five years of project leadership experience • Strong knowledge of food good manufacturing practices and nutritional regulations • Experience with quality systems and manufacturing controls • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Experience working with international teams and global partners

Preferred Qualifications: • Masters degree in a relevant field • Project Management Professional certification • Experience in ingredient, process, or formulation development within nutrition products • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

Benefits: This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. Pay Range: Pay Range: $35 $40 per hour
