Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to cultivate strong customer relationships, supporting the achievement of monthly and annual sales goals while driving customer retention.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, pricing, and follow-ups using a CRM system; maintain accurate sales pipeline data and contribute to short-term product forecasting.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to strengthen customer engagement and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage an existing portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and developing new business within an assigned territory by analyzing customer needs and product trends.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to support business growth initiatives.
  • Promote and support customer onboarding and adoption of the company's eCommerce platform.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, handling incoming calls and emails from customers, internal stakeholders, and sales leadership.
  • Oversee new customer setup, process orders within an ERP system, and provide post-sale support including technical assistance, repairs, and returns.
  • Accurately review and enter customer orders received via multiple channels (email, phone, or fax) into the ERP system.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment timelines and collaborate with planning and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and audit customer account data to ensure alignment between CRM and ERP systems, including pricing accuracy, discount structures, commissions, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and recommend consolidation of duplicate customer accounts to improve data integrity.
  • Ensure timely updates of customer records and account notes to reflect current status and interactions.
  • Manage electronic documentation, including approvals and account-related records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Monitor and manage multiple shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to customer inquiries.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy, including pricing, payment terms, part numbers, and shipping details.
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate repair orders through the ERP system, maintaining communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Track RMA progress by collaborating with internal departments until resolution or shipment completion.
  • Provide technical product support and initiate cases to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset and active listening ability.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and/or customer service with the ability to manage and grow a defined territory.
  • Prior experience in inside or outside sales within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with import/export processes and procedures is preferred.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage interruptions, and adjust priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
