Electrical Project Manager – (Dublin, GA/Danville, IL) - Relocation Assistance Provided
Looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our team and support a federal construction program. This role involves project management, design review, and technical oversight for various projects, including renovations and upgrades for federal facilities. Keep in mind, since this is a secured facility, you may need a secret clearance, so being a US Citizen or Green Card holder is a must!

Responsibilities
- Review design submissions, cost estimates, and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine construction documents.
- Align work plans with project milestones and deliverables.
- Work with federal stakeholders to establish and confirm project requirements.
- Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and security protocols.
- Manage project risk, safety compliance, and coordination among design disciplines.
- Ensure project activities meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR with various project tasks.
- Maintain organized project records and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field (required)
- 6+ years of experience in engineering or construction projects
- Experience working on projects over $1 million
- Prior experience with federal projects
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Familiarity with CPM scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project software like MS Project, Primavera, Prolog, AutoCAD, Revit
