Job Description

Looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our team and support a federal construction program. This role involves project management, design review, and technical oversight for various projects, including renovations and upgrades for federal facilities. Plus, it's a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts, located just 2 hours away from Atlanta and Savannah.

Responsibilities

  • Review design submissions, cost estimates, and schedules for accuracy and completeness.

  • Align work plans with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Work with federal stakeholders to establish and confirm project requirements.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and security protocols.
  • Manage project risk, safety compliance, and coordination among design disciplines.
  • Ensure project activities meet federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support the Contracting Officer (CO) and COR with various project tasks.
  • Maintain organized project records and provide technical support as needed.
