Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations across two busy locations to ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain high food quality standards
• Manage restaurant staff and provide leadership
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure quality of service
• Implement cost management strategies to optimize profitability
• Activate new LTO programs and train staff in implementation/upselling

Required Skills:

• Restaurant management experience
• ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on development
• Experience in cooking, ordering, and staffing
• Ability to conduct background checks and referrals

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage/hospitallity industry
• Strong math skills for cost management
• Knowledge of leadership development

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $40,000.00

Maximum Salary: $45,000.00
