What You Bring

• DVM with an active Arizona license (or eligibility) and solid small animal GP experience
• Clinical confidence in wellness, sick visits, and case management
• Interest in influencing medical standards, protocols, and quality of care
• Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and team members
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, professional demeanor
• Interest in influencing medical standards and mentoring others
• Ability to manage a productive caseload with efficiency and integrity
• Collaborative, positive leader who leads by example and supports team culture

What we provide

• Full-time position 4-day workweek
• Dedicated technician assigned daily
• 2-4 procedures per surgery day
• Strong caseload of wellness, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
• Most internal medicine cases can be managed in-house
• Excellent referral network for advanced cases
