Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is customer service-oriented, detail-driven, and a strong team player. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and takes pride in both clinical excellence and patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take digital radiographs and impressions
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
Support a smooth and organized daily schedule

Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
X-ray certification
CPR certification
Experience preferred, but we will train the right motivated candidate
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Works well in a collaborative team environment
