Veterinary Receptionist

We're looking for an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist in Fort Collins, CO!

Come join the team at Midtown Veterinary Medical Center, a clinic in Fort Collins, CO that's all about giving top-notch care to pets. We need a Veterinary Receptionist who's ready to jump in and help make a difference in the lives of pets and their humans.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting pet parents

• Managing patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency

• Coordinating and scheduling appointments and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

• Managing digital patient records and communications with clients and other clinics

What We’re Looking For

• Three years or more of experience working with small animals in a veterinary or clinical setting

• Clear communicator who supports coworkers during busy moments, and contributes to a positive, collaborative environment where patient care and client service come first

• Calm, focused, resiliant and professional under pressure

• Strong understanding of veterinary medical terminology, procedures and preventive care practices

• Ability to confidently educate and guide pet parents on preventive care and wellness recommendations
