Data Modeler Location: Columbus, OH Duration: Long Term Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models that support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to ensure high-quality, scalable data structures. Key Responsibilities:

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into data structures
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with ETL developers and database administrators
• Support data warehousing and reporting initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Erwin Data Modeler, PowerDesigner)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Knowledge of normalization and dimensional modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling or database design
