Do you love the open road, don't mind getting a little dirt on your boots, and take pride in a job well done? We're on the lookout for a reliable, safety-first Roll Off Driver to join our team of hardworking pros!

As a Roll Off Driver, you'll be hauling materials like dirt, gravel, sand, and other loose goodies to and from job sites-basically, you're the MVP of moving the heavy stuff. If you're the kind of person who can handle a hydraulic dump truck like a champ and keeps safety top of mind, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Safely cruise around town in a dumpster truck, delivering materials to and from job sites.

• Load and unload using the truck's hydraulic bed like a total pro.

• Do quick pre-trip inspections-because no one likes surprises on the road.

• Keep your truck looking sharp inside and out.

• Help out on-site when needed with tasks like digging, lifting, and moving materials.

• Follow all safety rules and wear your gear-safety is always in style.

• Keep simple records like delivery logs and mileage-nothing too fancy.

• Communicate clearly with the team so everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

• Handle the unexpected-breakdowns, detours, the occasional squirrel in the road.

• Keep an eye on fuel levels and make sure your truck stays in tip-top shape.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid CDL license (Class A is a requirement).

• Experience with dump trucks or similar vehicles is great-but we can train the right person.

• Good grasp of vehicle safety and maintenance.

• A clean driving record and a solid understanding of the rules of the road.

• Strong arms and a strong back-you'll need to lift and move heavy materials at times.

• Good communicator and self-starter-you don't need someone looking over your shoulder.

• Sharp attention to detail and a serious respect for safety.
