Are you a skilled electrician with a passion for delivering top-notch service and ensuring electrical safety in every home you touch? Perma-Seal is looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrician to join our tribe. This role is about more than wires and circuits-it's about building trust, creating safe spaces, and making a difference in the lives of our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Drive & Diagnose: Travel to customers' homes to assess, install, and repair electrical systems with expertise and professionalism.
• Be the Expert: Consult with customers and crew chiefs, providing clear solutions and proposals that build confidence and trust.
• Install with Precision: Perform neat, code-compliant electrical installations that pass inspections the first time, every time.
• Embrace Technology: Use smartphones and tablets to keep job notes and client info up-to-date in our CRM.
• Learn & Grow: Expand your knowledge by attending training and staying updated on waterproofing, crawl space, and foundation repair systems.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work seamlessly with other departments to deliver remarkable service and results.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Expertise & Licensing: Strong knowledge of electrical services, with a current license and familiarity with National, Commercial, and Residential Electrical Codes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshoot residential and commercial wiring issues like a pro.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety for yourself and your team, especially when working in confined spaces or around hazards.
• Team Player Attitude: Work independently or collaboratively, always putting the client first.
• Physical Stamina: Ready to tackle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks with confidence.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM software to keep operations running smoothly.

Your Experience Matters:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years as a residential electrician.
• Bonus if you've got experience with construction, concrete, or waterproofing systems!

Pay Range:

• $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
