What You'll Do:

• Assist with loading and unloading materials for daily installations.
• Work alongside your crew to complete projects efficiently, safely, and on time.
• Drive a company truck to job sites (Valid Non-CDL Class C license).
• Follow OSHA and Perma-Seal safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain strong communication and teamwork with crew members and leadership.
• What We're Looking For:
• Willingness to learn construction, concrete, or related trade skills.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs).
• Previous labor or construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurability per company requirements.

Pay Range/Benefits:

• $20.00 an hour
