We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will support a high-precision medical device manufacturing environment by partnering closely with production engineering teams to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues, investigating yield-related challenges, and driving continuous process improvements within a carbon machiningbased production line.
The engineer will be responsible for updating and maintaining manufacturing procedures and work instructions, contributing to CAPA investigations through structured root cause analysis, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to sustain quality, throughput, and compliance with medical device regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and resolve production issues
• Investigate yield losses and implement corrective actions
• Update and maintain manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Support CAPA activities through root cause analysis and documentation
• Drive process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide hands-on support for daily manufacturing operations

• 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on approach to supporting complex manufacturing processes
