We are hiring a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established and growing dental practice serving the TacomaLakewood, WA area. This position is ideal for a hygienist who values patient education, modern technology, and a supportive, team-focused environment.

• Tuesday Friday
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
  (Typically 6:30 AM 3:15 PM)
• 4-day workweek
• No weekends

• $68$70 per hour (based on experience)

• Provide comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention
• Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
• Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Utilize advanced dental technology, including iTero scanning
• Administer local anesthesia in accordance with WA State licensure
• Assist with composite restorations under dentist supervision
• Maintain clinical excellence and accurate documentation

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current certifications in:
• • Radiographs
  • Dental anesthesia
• Experience with composite restorations preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
