St. Matthews Family Dental is seeking a caring, motivated, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We value our hygienists as true providers and treat them that way. Schedule Options:

• Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Monday to Wednesday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Open to Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Dedicated lunch hour
• No early mornings, late evenings, or weekends
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation:

• $50 to $55 per hour
• Individual performance bonus
• Practice performance bonus
• $15,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care and patient education
• Build and manage hygiene schedule effectively
• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
• Support overall patient experience and retention
• Collaborate closely with doctor and team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and education skills
• Strong clinical skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Reliable, honest, and hardworking
• Leadership qualities preferred
• Experience flexible
• Ability or willingness to administer local anesthesia preferred
