Well-established, patient-focused private dental practice in Perry Hall is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive team. This role is a good fit for a hygienist who values quality care, a calm clinical pace, and a predictable schedule .

• Choose 24 consistent weekdays
• MondayThursday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM 3:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends
• Schedule set in advance with no last-minute changes

• $55$60 per hour , based on experience

• Focus on preventive, patient-centered hygiene
• Well-paced days with realistic patient expectations
• Digital X-rays and modern systems (Open Dental experience a plus)
• Team-oriented practice where hygiene is respected

• Providing routine dental cleanings and preventive care
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and home care
• Taking digital X-rays and maintaining accurate records
• Working collaboratively with the dentist and team

• Active Maryland Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
• Strong communication and education skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
