Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and fix equipment at customer sites, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• Provide clear updates to team members and customers about job status and downtime.
• Work independently and safely to minimize downtime, including while operating DOT-compliant company vehicles.

Required Experience:

• Three or more years of mechanical training or related experience
• Owns or can obtain required tools, including specialty equipment
• At least 21 years old
• Clean driving record
• Eligible for DOT medical certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication
• Ability to read schematics (or willingness to learn)
• Accurate and timely work habits
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
