Join Our Team as The Executive Assistant to the CEO (Hybrid)

Luxury Asset Capital LLC is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join our team in Denver, CO and work directly for the CEO. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of his office. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Handle certain business communications
• Manage business correspondence
• Provide general administrative support
• Calendar management
• Assist with spreadsheets and data entry
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Perform general office duties
• Assist with onboarding new employees
• Act as a liaison between departments
• Assist with event planning and logistics
• Assist with certain at-home responsibilities for the CEO and his family

Required Skills:

• Prior EA Experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Apple & Microsoft
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience in event planning
• Ability to handle logistics efficiently

Salary and Benefits:

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
