Pizza Clerk (BOH) FT

Come join our family at Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace in our Yorktown Heights, NY! We are seeking a FT Pizza Clerk-BOH for our busy department. This position will be responsible for making pizza dough for our gourmet pizzas!

Responsibilities

• Will follow pizza dough recipes as provided by our store management/department manager
• Will place prepared dough in appropriate storage containers/spaces as directed by the department manager
• Other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of how a pizza kitchen operates, functionality of hot pizza ovens in a busy environment
• A strong attention to detail in a busy environment
• Ability to work assigned schedules including weekends and holidays
