Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations, partners with the Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple facilities. This role ensures seamless operational continuity, supervises warehouse personnel, and upholds high standards of safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance during assigned shifts.

As a Warehouse Manager, You Will:

• Oversee warehouse operations across assigned sites during designated shifts, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and operational continuity
• Monitor daily schedules for updates related to expiration dates, product changes, material requirements, and new product rollouts; ensure supervisors are fully prepared for execution
• Complete detailed daily shift reports in preparation for leadership meetings
• Document and manage incident reports as needed, including coordinating transportation for injured employees requiring medical attention
• Maintain working mechanical knowledge of material-handling equipment, including forklifts, to support safe product movement
• Conduct disciplinary meetings when necessary, including verbal warnings, written warnings, and terminations in accordance with policy
• Communicate proactively with production and processing teams regarding shortages, delays, and raw material transfers between facilities
• Oversee daily warehouse attainment goals at each plant and drive performance improvements
• Assist with cross-training initiatives and onboarding of new employees
• Travel between sites weekly or as needed to support operational demands
• Approve daily timecards in ADP and review mileage submissions for inter-site travel
• Partner with internal hiring teams and temporary staffing agencies to meet workforce needs
• Monitor facility camera systems as required to maintain safety and compliance
• Coordinate with fleet operations for inter-site product movement
• Ensure inventory accuracy before shipping to maintain order integrity
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse through consistent housekeeping practices
• Report all damages involving forklifts, dock doors, and products promptly
• Create work orders for facility and equipment repairs to support operational readiness

Skills/Requirements:

• Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and regulatory standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in basic math, computer systems, and effective verbal and written communication
• Thorough understanding of and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace safety requirements
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
• Capable of working in high-noise environments while following mandatory hearing standards
• Skilled in completing operational reports, forms, and documentation accurately
• Must be able to travel from site to site weekly or as needed to support other facilities with reliable transportation.

Education:

• Associate's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Salary Range: $60K-$75K + 6% annual bonus
