Landscape Designer and Estimator

We are seeking a Landscape Designer/Estimator to join our team!  You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities include -

• Oversee the design/installation project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise the personnel onsite along with subcontractors
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, and clients
• Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship

Qualifications -

• Previous 2 years experience a must
• 2-4 year degree in Landscape Design/Sales
• Dynascape, Sketch Up or similar design software experience
• Submit 3 examples of previous Landscape Designs
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
