• Oversees Counselors, Mental Health Therapists and Discharge Coordination.
• Maintains relationships with community referral sources and resources.
• Ensures consistent discharge planning, removing barriers.
• Implements hospital-approved programs consistently.
• Provides oversight to therapists, offering feedback.
• Ensures professional standards in interventions.
• Attends regular treatment team meetings.
• Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, licensing).
• Coordinates performance improvement and monthly reporting.
• Participates in the complaint resolution process.
• Collaborates with the leadership team on hospital operations.
