Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Pine Stump Junction is looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team in Newberry, MI. As a historic restaurant and bar in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, we are known for our American cuisine, including pizza, burgers, sandwiches and drinks, serving both locals and visitors in a welcoming setting.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food preparation
• Work on various stations including pizza and flat top with heavy emphasis on flat top and deep fryer
• Maintain food quality and freshness
• maintain clean kitchen, do dishes as necessary, etc

Required Skills:

• experience with burgers and sandwiches
• be able to work with others
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $34,000.00

Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
