Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
• Experience with HCHB EMR preferred

• Working Hours: M - F 8 - 5
• Geographic Territory: Walla Walla County, lower part of Columbia County, and into Umatilla County within 60 miles
• Candidate may float to other facilities
