As a Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will utilize your clinical skills and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. This position requires flexibility, as you may be asked to float to other in-patient units based on census needs.

Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
Document patient care according to standards of care
Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care tailored to the individualized needs of the patient
Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience
Rotate scheduling between weekday and weekend shifts
Must have a current WI License and CPR certification
