Due to continued growth, we are expanding our logistics support team to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (Logistics Focus) is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate freight execution from order entry through final delivery. This role interfaces directly with customers, carriers, warehouse operations, and internal leadership to ensure on-time performance and issue resolution.

This position is ideal for candidates with logistics, transportation, or distribution experience who understand shipping workflows and freight documentation.

Core Responsibilities

Process customer orders from entry through shipment confirmation

Coordinate outbound shipments via parcel, LTL, and FTL carriers

Generate and review Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and shipping documents

Track shipments using TMS and carrier portals

Proactively communicate shipment status updates to customers

Investigate and resolve delivery delays, damages, shortages, and freight claims

Maintain accurate order records in ERP and CRM systems

Support returns, reverse logistics, and RMA processing

Collaborate with warehouse and transportation partners to meet service-level expectations
