Position Overview

The Entry-Level Logistics Manager supports daily distribution operations while developing leadership capabilities within a structured supply chain environment. This role combines hands-on logistics coordination with supervisory exposure and operational analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support daily warehouse and distribution operations

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (parcel, LTL, FTL freight)

Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliation

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Communicate with transportation carriers and resolve shipping discrepancies

Track KPIs related to delivery performance and operational efficiency

Support compliance with healthcare distribution standards and safety protocols

Assist in supervising warehouse associates and workflow management

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity

Required Skills

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain fundamentals

Knowledge of freight coordination and shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
