Staff Accountant

Job Description:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations
• Post journal entries and prepare monthly/annual financial statements for multiple entities
• Process payable and reconcile GL accounts
• Import monthly remittance reports to the company’s asset management system and ensure accuracy of all loadings
• Assist with portfolio reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with tax return and other filings
• Assist with ad-hoc and other administrative/accounting related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word
• Accounting internship experience preferred
• Detailed-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
