What You’ll Do
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, supporting their operational and compliance needs. Responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Assisting prospective customers who are considering placing orders (inside sales experience is a plus)
Creating and managing client work orders
Maintaining accurate client and project files (Gateway, Anasa, and network systems)
Preparing and filing permit and licensing applications
Preparing monthly and quarterly mileage reports
Processing DOT Drug & Alcohol Consortium updates (new clients and driver changes)
Scheduling driver drug and alcohol testing
Preparing and filing BOC-3 registrations with FMCSA
Supporting invoicing and accounts payable processes
You will play a direct role in helping transportation businesses stay compliant and operate successfully.

Strong verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
