Job Description


What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, supporting their operational and compliance needs. Responsibilities include: 

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency 

  • Assisting prospective customers who are considering placing orders (inside sales experience is a plus) 

  • Creating and managing client work orders 

  • Maintaining accurate client and project files (Gateway, Anasa, and network systems) 

  • Preparing and filing permit and licensing applications 

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly mileage reports 

  • Processing DOT Drug & Alcohol Consortium updates (new clients and driver changes) 

  • Scheduling driver drug and alcohol testing 

  • Preparing and filing BOC-3 registrations with FMCSA 

  • Supporting invoicing and accounts payable processes 

You will play a direct role in helping transportation businesses stay compliant and operate successfully.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
