The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Executive Recruitment will manage a broad and complex requisition load, often focused on critical positions that includes Executive-level positions or other niche and highly specialized roles.
Job duties include contact with other employees and accessing confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff, employees, and business relationships.
This role is not hybrid/remote and will report to our Cleveland, OH Headquarters.

Responsibilities
Executive Search Management
- Lead and manage Executive-level search processes from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and candidatecentric experience.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Leadership to align search strategies with business priorities.
- Provide consultative guidance on market insights, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
Search Firm & Vendor Partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive search firms, managing relationships, expectations, and service delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate agency meetings, candidate slate reviews, and search progress checkpoints.
- Ensure adherence to contractual terms and quality standards across all external executive search engagements.
Executive Candidate Experience & Logistics
- Own end-to-end executive interview coordination, including, but not limited to:
- Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews
- Travel arrangements, airport transportation, and driver coordination
- Hotel and meal reservations
Day-of interview logistics and on-site support
- Prepare and manage executive resume and interview packets, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate preparation, including interview briefings, engagement guidance, and expectation setting.
- Support offer letter creation in ORC and oversee background checks and pre-boarding activities, maintaining engagement with candidates throughout the process.
- Coordinate Day 1 on-boarding logistics for executive hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
Governance, Confidentiality & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure strict confidentiality, discretion, and compliance throughout all executive search activities.
- Document search processes, candidate evaluations, and hiring outcomes in alignment with internal governance and audit standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance executive recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience through continuous improvement.
Executive Referral Management
- Support Executive Referrals by serving as the central point of contact for executive-level referrals.
- Conduct informational interviews. awareness with relevant Recruiters.
- Track, evaluate, and report on referral outcomes.
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Advisory
- Provide proactive sourcing support for Executive and Director+ roles, leveraging targeted research, networking, and market mapping.
- Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill leadership roles.
- Other Sourcing and Recruitment ownership for the Experienced team, as needed.
Support of Peers and Business Partners
- Serve as a Talent advisor throughout the recruitment process conduct and share market research, make thoughtful recommendations, and identify innovative ways to attract talent.
- As an expert in the Talent Acquisition process, train peers and partners on relevant or necessary Talent Acquisition skills.
- Lead projects or programs for key initiatives.
- Support Executive Referrals by serving as the central point of contact for executivelevel referrals.
- Conduct informational interviews.
- Drive awareness with relevant Recruiters.
- Track, evaluate, and report on referral outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Advanced sourcing experience leveraging varying forms of recruitment technology.
- Advanced interviewing experience - can identify required skills, experience, competencies, and other job profile preferences.
- Experience in presenting routine data in addition to identifying data trends.
- Experience in offer negotiations.
- Knowledge of Recruitment marketing and branding best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of local and relevant legislation impacting recruitment and hiring practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Sociology.
- At least 1 year of executive recruitment experience
- Knowledge of the Sherwin-Williams organization.
- Recruiting experience across multiple countries.
- Experience addressing Talent Acquisition issues and implementing solutions.
- Experience in leading Talent Acquisition projects.
- Experience working with external partners and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience partnering & collaborating on projects across different functions in a large, global organization.
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for applicant tracking.
- Experience using Tableau for data analysis and review.
