Job Summary:
Direct the maintenance team's daily activities to maintain equipment and facilities at peak performance, ensuring safety, reliability, and uninterrupted production.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:

• Organize, prioritize, and delegate daily plant maintenance activities across both day and night shifts
• Support short-term and long-term maintenance planning to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity
• Apply structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve and prevent maintenance issues
• Manage team scheduling, time-off requests, payroll approvals, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and training needs
• Maintain strong understanding of end-to-end process flow and equipment capabilities
• Enforce compliance with safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with plant standards
• Perform duties across all maintenance roles as needed to support operations
• Make timely maintenance decisions to minimize downtime and support production needs

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant maintenance or industrial experience
• Experience in maintenance work development, planning, and scheduling
• Proficiency using CMMS platforms for work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset management
• Project management experience supporting maintenance and capital initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performance work cultures and systems
• Experience developing, managing, and maintaining maintenance budgets

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field required
