As a Line Cook at our bar and restaurant, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch dining experiences to our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Create visually appealing plate presentations
• Utilize various cooking techniques such as pasta, salads, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more
• Maintain food quality and portion control
• Assist with dessert making, soup making, knife skills, a la carte service, sauce making, pastry making, and kitchen management

Required Skills:

• Experience in menu planning and execution
• Ability to work with dietary restrictions and special diets
• Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes

Outlaw Women Saloon is a bar and restaurant located in Augusta, Montana, offering a variety of drinks and casual dining options. We are building a destination restaurant with an emphasis on homemade, barbecue, sides, and specials.
