J Construction LLC is seeking a Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in Miami, FL. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and make a lasting impact on the local community.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from start to finish
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. 
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Maintain daily log (written and with photos) of activities on the jobsite.
• Use Procore onsite daily - track progress, upload photos, videos, etc
• Meet with and coordinate with the job PM
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion
• Preside at pre-construction meeting with each subcontractor.
• Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day.

Required Skills:

• Experience in ground up residential projects construction
• Knowledge of all trades in ground up construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong understanding of construction management principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficieny in software/apps ex: Procore, Word, Excel, MS Project
• English/Spanish 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with multi-family or commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with civil plan review processes
• OSHA 30

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
• Year End Bonus
• Benefits: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Cell Phone Stipend, Gas Stipend
