Warehousing Senior Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct day-to-day activities across multiple warehouse sites and 3PL providers
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions for accuracy and productivity
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
• Recruit, train, and lead warehouse staff including supervisors, leads, and material handlers
• Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, and teamwork
• Monitor performance metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment
• Identify operational improvements, efficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities
• Partner with internal departments to align warehouse operations with company goals
• Coordinate inbound shipments with vendors and carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Manage outbound distribution to customers and facilities with a focus on accuracy and service levels
• Address shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively
• Work with transportation partners to improve routing, scheduling, and freight spending
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations across multiple locations and 3PL partners
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory and ensure operational compliance
• Hands-on leadership style with experience developing and coaching teams
• Track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiency
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and customer service teams
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Results-driven mindset with focus on performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement
